This post is part of a sponsored campaign for P. King Duckling. I received compensation for my participation, but my review and opinions are my own.
Travel the Globe with P. King Duckling
Most of us have “that show” that we watched as youngsters. You know the one I’m talking about. The one that, everytime you hear the theme song it takes you back in time. To a simpler time, when days were filled with games of hide-n-go seek and the nights were spent looking for the Big Dipper. Fond memories come rushing back and for just a moment, you’re transported to that time. I honestly believe P. King Duckling has the potential to be just that show for today’s kids!
About P. King Duckling:
Intrepid but hapless young duck P. King Duckling lives in the rural community of Hilly Hole but goes around the world on a series of adventures with best friends Chumpkins and Wombat. The youngsters’ exploits send them on such tasks as redecorating the Eiffel Tower and turning the Great Wall of China into a giant water slide. King, is a duck with a dream. Actually, he’s got a lot of dreams. One day he might see himself as a scientist, an architect, a pizzeria owner or even a mountain climber! Even when facing challenges, P. King models creative ways to overcome them while also helping children to change the way they think about life’s problems and obstacles. He encourages children to see setbacks in a positive light. P. King encourages children to keep dreaming, imagining and doing.
I love the fact that I never have to leave home without P. King. It can be pulled up on pretty much any smart device; making those long lines at the grocery store or sitting in stalled out traffic, a little more bearable on this mama! You’re gonna want to add this guy to your “favorites” on your phone – you can thank me later 😉 .
It’s so important what we allow to enter the minds of our children, I never worry when they sit down to go on yet another P. King adventure. It’s perfect to stimulate creative thinking and gives some great examples of problem solving skills in action – so vital for kids to get a hold of these lessons early in life!
My family got together to celebrate our Dad’s for Father’s Day, I just had to bring my laptop so the girls could cuddle up together to catch some P. King Duckling action after we finished filling our bellies. One of our favorite episodes is “Knight, Princess And Cuddly Dragon” and the girls LOVE to hear the trio of friends sing “I’m Me“. Be sure and comment below and let me know which episode is your fave!
You can follow P. King Duckling and his friends on their excursions on Disney Junior every weekday morning at 8:05 (or if you’re like us, you’re gonna want to set that DVR! P. King Duckling only once a day just will not do! 🙂 )
