My Thoughts:
If you are looking for a great new way to tone your abdomen, you need to try the Ab Doer**! It’s easy, fun and my son says it really works! He tried it for a few days and really could feel the “burn” from the exercises he did. (Due to advice from my physician, I am not able to use the Ab Doer.) My husband has even started using it and I have to admit, I thought he would use it once and not try it again. It’s so easy to do and convenient, he can do it while watching the news.
The Core Support column lives up to its name! It has really helped my son’s posture by strengthening those spinal muscles and core muscles. He is getting taller by the day and tends to slouch so he doesn’t look so tall.
