The Story Behind Tangle Pets
I just love the story behind this business. As a mother of three girls, Lizzy Martin was tired of battling with her daughters to get their hair brushed every day. One day, she glued a wet brush to her daughter’s favorite stuffed animal to see if it would help. SUCCESS! Lizzie knew she had a great product brewing.
The problem was, Lizzie didn’t have the funding she needed to start up a business. Knowing she wanted to chase after her dreams, she put in an application and wound up being a contestant on the TV game show “100,000 Pyramid”. From the money she won on the show, she was able to create “Tangle Pets”. Each “pet” comes with a pyramid shaped tag as a reminder of how the business was made possible!
What Are Tangle Pets
Tangle Pets are a stuffed animal with a brush attached to make kids a lot more interested AND comfortable with the idea of brushing their hair! What I LOVE is that the brush can pop out so you can machine wash the stuffed animal. YES! MACHINE WASHABLE stuffed animals. That is truly music to my ears! Both the brush AND the stuffed animal can be washed easily!
