Futzuki Is a Reflexology Massage For Your Feet #GiftsforMom17 #Review

March 27, 2017 by Pam Maynard

Have you experienced foot pain of any kind?  I sure have!  I have had severe plantar fasciitis.  I could barely hobble around my house most days, much less go anywhere else.  I have also had very bad pain from just being on my feet for a long time.  The Futzuki mat is a simple, easy way to get some relief.

Features and Benefits:

  • Over 2,800 reflexology points
  • Helps temporarily relieve pain associated with plantar fasciitis, heels, arches and foot tingling
  • Massages heels, arch, pad & toes
  • Sends pain relieving signals while massaging

This mat is light weight, easy to put anywhere on a hard surface floor.  I put it in my bathroom right by my big garden tub, that way it is very convenient to step on several times a day.   Did you know that every step you take places 1.5 time your body weight of pressure on your feet and ankles?   I have had three knee surgeries and the pressure on my knees is a problem also.  the Futzuki has 2800 massaging points that are hard.  They are designed to provide maximum resistance to massage your feet.

Here is a different angle photo so you can see the taller raised area.  You place your feet with the arches over the tallest area.  Then you gently rock back and forth so that your whole foot is engaged.  It does hurt when you first step on it, but it also feels good.  I love to step on it right before bed now and stay on for 15 to 20 seconds, then reposition for another 15-20 seconds.

If you have very tender feet, then use it a few times with socks on.  Your feet will get used to the feeling of it and I believe you will enjoy it.  It definitely seems to help with foot and leg pain.  Now, I always give an honest review, and the mat itself is great, however, there is a paper with instructions that comes with it that says “Stop, Important please read before you continue”. This paper is not very well done.  The instructions all run together, no spaces between the words or either a large space breaking up a word.  They need to work on that, but the product gets a thumbs up from me.

We have added Futzuki to our Mother’s Day Gift Guide.
