The Lugz Mallard has a durable rubber sole that is ASTM-F1677, Mark II tested slip resistant sole. This makes them perfect for the wet concrete floors in his work place. The Flexastride Memory Foam and padded tongue & collar would keep his feet comfortable. Working 10 hour days on concrete can be a killer if your footwear is not comfortable and protecting your feet!
