I recently received this awesome little essential oils set to try out and I recently fell in love with this awesome little essential oils set! I am, at heart, a naturalist. Now, a true naturalist would laugh at my very loose interpretation of just what all that word, naturalist, entails. But I strive to use as many chemical free products as possible. This has lead me on a HUGE mission to explore essential oils and just how much they can improve my quality of life!
Y’all, there is an essential oil to help with EVERYthing! Got a headache? Whip out your Lavender or Peppermint oils and rub on your temples, you’ll be astonished at how quickly that ache dissipates. Aches and pains got you down? Grab some Chamomile or Rosemary and massage onto your problem areas. You’ll want to use a carrier oil, like this one, to dilute the oil down. Especially on children or sensitive skin, straight essential oils may cause a burning sensation.
My very favorite way to use essential oils is in my diffusers. I’m a diffuser junkie! I have one in just about every room in the house! Nittany Valley Organics has been working wonders to calm kids at bedtime and open up clogged sinuses this week! I’ve recently made my own fabric softener with just two ingredients, natural ingredients! Wanna know how I made it? I thought so… Epsom salts and my fave, lavender essential oil! Easy peasy and sooo much better for my skin than the chemical filled options!
