5 Great and Modest Fashion Designs for Your Teenage Daughter #FashionPassion

January 18, 2017 by Pam Maynard

Girls who become teenagers often become interested in fashion and want to look their best when spending time with their friends. Unfortunately, many of the latest fashion trends can show too much skin and are inappropriate to wear for teenagers who are youthful. When helping your daughter dress, there are a few modest fashion trends that she’ll love showing off.

5 Great and Modest Fashion Designs for Your Teenage Daughter
1. High-Waisted Jeans

High-waisted jeans are fun and can be paired with crop tops and tanks that create a slim figure and are unique with their design. The high-waisted jeans can feature a bold zipper or buttons in the front and will elongate the legs for a slim figure.

2. Jean Jackets

Jean jackets are fun and are considered to be a classic item to include in the wardrobe for girls of all ages. Jean jackets can be paired with a maxi dress or ripped jeans and are ideal to wear in each season of the year. Girls can pair it with a chunky infinity scarf in the fall and also wear the jacket with a sun dress during the spring season.

3. Choker Necklaces

Chocker necklaces nod to the ’90s and offer a bit of edge that is still modest for teenage girls. Chokers from brands like Snap’t can be worn to a birthday party or when headed off to school and can include a snap charm that allows it to be worn with different styles of outfits.

4. Camo Jackets

Girls can feel a bit grunge with their attire by rocking camo jackets, which look edgy when paired with combat boots and a beanie. Camo jackets are mature and look hip with the right accessories to ensure that your teen feels cool when she’s headed out to the mall or is spending the day at school.

5. Ripped Tights

Ripped tights have officially made a comeback for their hip look that is anything but overly girly. Your daughter will enjoy wearing the tights with a pair of shorts during the spring season or underneath a pair of ripped jeans, which will cover up her skin without making her feel like a child.

Although it can be difficult to look fashionable as a teen while remaining modest, there are a few ways to help your daughter rock popular styles that she’ll love. You can have peace of mind knowing that she’s covered up without limiting how cool she feels.
