I have had a hard time keeping my knives sharp. Remembering to sharpen them with a knife sharpener before use is something I struggle with. Therefore, most of the time, I wind up remembering about the time I cut into something. Then, I have to clean the knife to be able to sharpen it and start all over cutting. My Thoughts
Tonight, I made a delicious fettuccine chicken alfredo and used the knives to cut the onions and chicken. The knives cut through both the onion and chicken like I was cutting through jello! I did no have to use any force to get a perfectly even cut! I can’t wait to chop some veggies for tomorrow night’s meal!
