Naturally Me has touched my heart in a very special way. The brand, founded and led by Chaundra Smith, provides luxurious naturally vegan body care and soy candles that are absolutely amazing. All though her products will wow you, her story will grip you.
As a single parent she couldn’t afford to pay a baby sitter to keep her 3 children (all under age 10) so she could take night classes. She was soon referred to a single parent’s program that payed for her child care so she could continue her education. Unfortunately that program is no longer available, so Chaundra vowed that she would some day pay it forward and help other single parents. That is how the Naturally Me Cares Pay It Forward Initiative Scholarship was founded.
Today, Chaundra has been able to award 3 scholarships to Durham Technical Community College! Being a local to the area and former single parent, this means a lot to me. If you’d like, you can make a donation to the Pay It Forward Initiative, here.

Dessert Soy Candles are simply beautiful and smell yummy! I had the opportunity to test out the Strawberry Shortcake Dessert Candle. It was almost too beautiful to burn, but I finally lit it. I can’t describe the sweet smell of baked strawberry shortcake that filled the house. The kids were in awe over this candle. It is available in Peach Pie and Blueberry Cheesecake also.
Naturally Me Oatmeal Soap is refreshing and all natural! It is made with gluten free oatmeal and is dye-free! Oatmeal soap is available in unscented, Cinnamon Lime, and Lemongrass which is great for acne prone skin. I love it because even at 40 something 😉 I still get acne!
The Holiday Candle Trio set comes in a festive container and is ready to gift! Each soy candle represents the fall/holiday season, including Pumpkin Spice, Cinnamon Stick, and Candy Cane.

All Over Butter is specially formulated for dry, sensitive skin. I have had huge success using this product on my knees and heels where dry problem areas seem to persist.
