Halloween is almost two weeks away and it is time to finalize your family’s Halloween costume plans! Our favorite costumes have been the ones that received the most attention while we are Trick-or-Treating and visiting local events. While there isn’t a guaranteed formula for a show-stopping costume, we have found that a great costume falls under one of these categories:

Baby’s Owl Costume

FUNNY! Sometimes goofy is the best way to go! One year we saw a man dressed in a large inflatable baby costume, it was the funniest thing we had ever seen! I think he was the most photographed costume in our city because everyone was posting pictures with him! While I don’t think anything would ever truly compete with that funny costume, we did find a few funnies that may do the trick:

Unusual/Different! Anything goes when you’re looking for an unusual or different Halloween costume. While Five Nights at Freddy’s is popular, I don’t expect to see many people venturing out in one of their costumes this year. It is my top-pick in the unusual category!
