Crafting is one of my favorite things to do with my kids, but I also really enjoy being crafty on my own too. Every now and then I pull the sewing machine or glue gun out and start creating things from absolutely nothing. Doing this has allowed me to decorate my home for the holiday season from items that were once overlooked. I love this Keep Calm Halloween Poster Craft because Growing Up Gabel gave it a three-dimensional aspect that I think adds a lot of interest and allows you to be creative. Keep the mask simple, make it fancy, or go a little creepy — do whatever your decor calls for!

Wreaths are my absolute favorite hobby. I love looking at them, researching new techniques, and creating my own. We’ve selected this DIY Ghost Wreath from Crafts ‘n Coffee because it is as simple as you can get — BUT REALLY CUTE! I cannot get over those adorable ghosts! This is the wreath I will be making for my doorway this month!

I was a little nervous about putting this BOO Halloween Party Tray craft on the list because it looks so great I knew she must have spent more on supplies than I would like to spend on a project. Of course, I couldn’t be more wrong. This tray was snagged for $2 and then redone with a short supply list. She truly mastered the term “crafty” with this project! You won’t believe how she did it!
