Whenever we have leftover macaroni I like to take various ingredients and bake them into something spectacular to give it new life. Broccoli is my favorite, but adding bacon to that is like angels singing! Yummy, yummy, yummy! Peas and Crayons knows exactly what I call “comfort food”!

Bacon is such a diverse ingredient, but I still think breakfast is where it truly shines. To me, bacon for breakfast says “today is going to be great!” and “Have a happy day!”
(Don’t worry, I don’t actually hear the bacon saying that.)
