Welcome back to Day 5 of our 12 Days of Summer!
Summer is a time for picnics, bon fires with hot dog roasts, and of course hamburgers! Today we have a BLT Salad from Me and My Handful to share with you.
It is perfect to go with you to any event, or serve at your families BBQ. It is a sure crowd pleaser. My husband devoured it, and my veggie despising son even said it was delicious! BLT’s are a classic comfort food, so this healthy take is a win for everyone!
