Coloring on Your Trampoline
Sidewalk chalk art is popular and inexpensive, and the surface of your trampoline is a blank canvas for you to decorate. Use chalk to decorate the jumping surface with your own unique designs. Combine art with exercise for afternoon fun that your kids will always look forward to. The chalk is easy to use, and it cleans up after a light rain.
Making Drawings
Keep a variety of differently colored chalks near your trampoline in a separate container. Give differently colored sticks to your kids and let them express their creativity while they jump and play. There is no limit to their imagination. They may surprise you with what they come up with by drawing cartoons, flowers, animals and other colorful scenes. Once your canvas has become full of older drawings, wipe it clean with a damp cloth or spray it off with the hose to start over again.
Design an Obstacle Course
New games can be invented on the trampoline using chalk. Outline sections and create a maze or obstacle course to follow. Change the lines and spaces to change the game and keep it more challenging. Invent a new game or outline a classic hopscotch course. Playing on a trampoline surface gives your kids the ability to jump incredible distances and score even higher points.
Combine Learning With Jumping
Use the chalk to draw letters and numbers on your trampoline. Make a game of spelling words while jumping on the letters. Practice addition and subtraction with the same method. Combining play time with education is one of the most powerful methods for promoting learning in young minds. They will want to play the game and end up absorbing more of their playful lessons.
Always wear clothes you can get dirty when drawing on your trampoline. Chalk can get dusty and leave you covered with various colored stains. Also, make sure your little ones understand the difference between drawing with chalk on the trampoline and drawing on walls with pens in the house. When it is time for cleanup, place your chalks back in their container, and store them away.
