Valentine’s Day is coming and that generally means that my kids are going to want to give and receive sweets. I don’t like all the artificial junk that is found in most sweets and cookies on the market. Therefore I can either be mean and say no, hope those artificial colors and questionable ingredients will not hurt them if consumed once in a while, or find a solution that gives us what we all want.
