The Samson Life Challenge is a 90-Day all online challenge in which you take the first step into the rest of your life. You make your dreams a reality. This challenge gives you the tools needed to get started making life-changing habits that will last forever.
When I started the program, I was unsure what I’d find. A few facts about myself never occurred to me until I started day one. That was a day of a lot of self-searching, a lot of crying and a realization that many things I thought was okay in my life, wasn’t. (I really thought I was together!)
But, that’s not a bad thing. Not knowing some of these “things” about myself was just keeping me from accomplishing many things. The Samson Life Challenge has opened my eyes to my true potential and I’m going to make these “tasks” a habit.
Tasks? Every day, the Samson Life Challenge gives you three things to do daily. You’ll want to follow this to form good habits. The one thing that stands out, and it’s the only task I’m going to tell you about is Journaling.
Journaling seems to be an outlet for frustrations, for clearing the mind. Your journal is your private confidant, one who will never tell anyone what’s going on in your own mind. You get all your private thoughts and put them into words. It can be as little as a few sentences each day or it can be a whole notebook. It is what YOU put into it.
There is so much more to this program. It’s opened my eyes to let me know how much I can do and should do. It’s a way of getting you out of that “slump” and into positive habits that make your life have meaning, whether it’s in your family, to a group of people or to yourself, the world, your community, or your household.
