The Gynoii Smart Baby Monitor allows you to create a baby journal, using time-lapse video. This feature allows you to not only share those special times with your little one but also allows you to share these special times with anyone, at anytime and anywhere.
This baby monitor allows you to be able to capture what your baby is doing while you are not in the room. It does so much more than that as well, due to its advanced technology. The video baby monitor uses Wi-Fi to transmit sound and video feed so you can watch your little one on any mobile device including iPhone, Android phone, tablet or iPad. The best part is that the video is time-lapse and will create a recording of your baby’s movements, up to close to three hours, and transform it into a short video clip, creating a baby journal.
You can also share the time lapse video on your social media sites like Facebook and Twitter, using the free Gynoii Baby app, that features music and cute icons. You can also create a guest account, which allows your family and friends to login so they can view your baby in real-time. This account can be disabled at any time or it can be muted so guests don’t hear sounds if you need privacy.
Other features of the Gynoii Smart Baby Monitor include a lullaby player so you can soothe your baby to sleep simply by making a selection on your mobile device; two-way talk capability so you can talk to your baby, even if you are on a business trip thousands of miles away.
My babies are no longer infants, they are growing up. Although they are 9, 11, and 13, I had to test this monitor out for myself. Does it really work? Yes, indeed it does, like a charm! Having this type of technology for new parents today is remarkable. For the review, my husband set up the monitor and downloaded the app in a matter of a few minutes. We took pictures of each other and played around creating videos.
We found the Gynoii Smart Baby Monitor to be easy to use and very useful. My husband’s favorite feature was the pan-tilt of the camera. With a swipe of your finger on your mobile device, you can move the camera lens to adjust your sight in the room.
Besides the splendid video feature, I really liked the snapshot capability. Taking a picture and adding overlays such as a circus theme and then being able to share them instantly to FB is very convenient.
Here is a video we created of our youngest daughter. My husband took the video from the Gynoii Baby Monitor using the Gynoii Baby app on his smartphone. At the end, it really showcases the infrared night vision feature. Take a look and excuse the mess! 😉
