The Earth is constantly dealing with our garbage. Plastic being one of the biggest contributors to landfills.
It is not often I come across a company that thinks much about our environment. Many companies use plastic in many of their products and plastic is terrible for our environment. I myself recycle to try to make a small impact on my carbon footprint. We only get one Earth and I feel it is important to take care of it. I was pleasantly surprised to see Green Toys in my inbox.
When many people think of recycled plastic they tend to think of things like rugs made of shopping bags or playground slides. It’s not often we find any toys recycled in our children’s toy boxes. Green Toys however, they have made some awesome toys for our tots. I was lucky enough to receive the Green Toys Sports Boat and my son loves them.
Made of 100% recycled milk jugs (I have recycled many) these awesome little bath time boats are boatloads of fun. One of my favorite reasons to grab one of these is they are made in the U.S.A and that is awesome. Even if your children chew on their toys you can rest assured that this boat meets FDA requirements for food contact. Better yet is they are dishwasher safe, meaning easy cleanup if they are dirty. Even the box the boat comes in is recycled and printed with soy based ink. Green Toys has done an awesome job and I look forward to seeing more of what they have to offer.
