Velveeta Fudge #Recipe #CookingUpHolidays #SweetenTheSeason

This year my family is having three solid days of Christmas with the family and I’m scrambling to make sure everyone that arrives has a gift.  We have several “new to the family” guests that will be popping in so I have prepared food-gifts for them to enjoy after the festivities are over.  The easiest gift I made this week was Velveeta Fudge.  You will be shocked by how unbelievably easy this recipe is.

Look how pretty…

Kraft Velveeta Fudge

The Velveeta Fudge recipe at the Kraft Hub calls for Velveeta, butter Baker’s Unsweetened Chocolate, light corn syrup, powdered sugar, Planters Pecans, and vanilla.

Velveeta Fudge Ingredients:

  • 3/4 lb. (12 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 cup butter or margarine
  • 1-1/2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER’S Unsweetened Chocolate (6 oz.), broken into pieces
  • 2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
  • 2 pkg. (16 oz. each) powdered sugar (about 8 cups)
  • 1-1/2 cups chopped PLANTERS Pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Velveeta Fudge Directions:

Making Velveeta Fudge cannot get any easier than this!  Everything except for the powdered sugar, vanilla, and pecans goes into a microwave safe bowl and is microwaved for two minutes.  Stir and microwave the ingredients for an additional minute.

Pour powdered sugar into a large mixing bowl and add the chocolate mixture.  Beat with  your mixer until combined.

Stir in vanilla and pecans.

After all of the ingredients are combined, pour into a greased pan or wax paper lined pan.  In an effort to get the top of my fudge to be as flat as possible, I used a straight piece from a plastic lid to smooth the mixture.

Within a few hours my fudge was set and ready to be packaged and plated.  I now can offer Velveeta Fudge to my guests and give individual servings as a gift and so can you!

Don’t forget to top your fudge gifts with a great bow!

Make every day delicious with Kraft!
