The Modern Luxury Mansion is an extravagant play house with posh features. Recommended for ages 4 -10, this mansion is not like most doll houses. It actually has a functioning doorbell feature. Wow!

As you can see, this mansion has it all! It is sturdy also. I picked it up and carried it around to see if it would fall apart easily and it stayed in tact. The figures can bend at the waist to sit or stand. The large windows make it appear even more open than it already is. There is no need to bend down and peer inside to play. The layout is definitely a marvelous feature.
The flower boxes and arrangements are so colorful and miniature life like. Of course I love the little mugs they carry around in their hands. It’s tea or coffee time, all the time!

As a mom with two daughters, we have had a few playhouses. In my opinion, the Modern Luxury Mansion is priced very well for what it includes. The only thing I would recommend is that if you are buying this as a gift, put it together before hand. Also, be sure to have 2 AAA batteries for the doorbell. The assembly is not difficult, just a little time consuming. Kids can become very impatient when they see this mansion and all it has to offer!
