As a parent, I love to find different things for my kids to do to stay active. As most of you know, finding things to keep their attention is most important. My kids get bored very easily. They would ride their bikes for about 10 minutes then ask to go back in the house. It is super frustrating because I need them to stay away from the TV and the electronics and be out and running around or getting some exercise.
We all know about the normal bikes and scooters. Have you ever heard of a Rockboard Scooter? Its basically a scooter with a cool twist. The difference is, instead of kicking off of the floor, you rock back and forth to get the movement. Pretty cool huh?
Once I received my Rockboard Scooter the kids made me tare that box open. I was so excited to see that that there was very little assembly required. It was so simple. Took me about 5-10 min and I was done. I am a single parent so I never used to put the toys and gadgets together. To be honest, that is the worst part about getting new items for the kids. This was super easy to put together. Another great feature is that it folds up for easy storage!
My kids had a blast! They took turns riding the Rockboard Scooter around the block. It took a bit of getting used to for them but once they got the hang of what to do, they were off! I actually jumped on myself and took a ride around the block lol! My kids we yelling at me to get off cause I would break their new toy. Since the weight limit is 220 lbs, I knew it would hold up. The scooter can reach up to 10mph in speed so it was not so scary letting them try it.
