Exactly what makes the best shampoo or conditioner? What makes the best facial products? Ever ask yourself that? I’ve been trying out new products lately and I ran across this brand, Maple Hoslistics. They sounded different from their website, so I said, “Why not?”
I was sent six products: Argan Shampoo, Argan Conditioner, Assuage Gel, Lavender Bubble Bath, Dead Sea Mud Mask, and Vitamin C Facial Serum. The company was amazing at shipping their products because each product was bubble wrapped individually and the six products came in two boxes. (The shipping was carefully done & thoughtful.)
Anther packaging feature that I loved was that each product comes with a card that explains each product. It tells ingredients, instructions, usage, and how the product works. Amazing right?

Natural Argan Oil Shampoo and Conditioner for Men & Women
I’m going to start off saying I love this shampoo and conditioner! Not only does it smell like Sweet Tarts candy, it makes my hair awesome. (I know that’s not an actual description.) My hair hasn’t been frizzy since I started using this hair system. It’s hard to find something that will take the frizz out of semi curly hair.
Assuage Healthy & Natural Hair Gel for Men & Women
This I have to say is the best hair gel I’ve ever used! It’s not a sticky or hard hair gel. It holds my hair naturally but keeps my style in place for hours, meaning, if i don’t wash my hair, the style says into the next day. This is very unusual, because I am one for washing my hair once, sometimes twice a day.
Natural Lavender Bubble Bath with Relaxing Essential Oil Formula
I’m not a huge bath taker. But I did try this product because every once in a while I want a bath to relax — like most mothers — to slip away from the kids and the stress of the day.
The bubble holds. With most bubble bath solutions I have bought, the solution would have to be reapplied, water drained and turned back on in the tub. But with this product, it doesn’t. I stayed in the tub for a good hour and the bubbles were still just as fluffy as they were when I first got in the tub — this really helps retain the heat and allowed me to stay in longer too. Bonus: The lavender smell was relaxing as well.
100% Pure Dead Sea Mud Mask with Essential Oils
I have a special love for mud masks. I love the feel of them tightening on my face. I love knowing that they are cleaning and toning my face. I love that my pores are going to get all cleaned out. I was not disappointed with this one! It also exfoliated, it had lavender it, there’s even chamomile for anti-inflammatory properties!
I used it before my shower so I didn’t have to use a washcloth to clean it off. After leaving it on for 10 minutes, I just washed it off in the shower. My skin felt so good after I got out — I really love the after-mask feeling my skin has.
Vitamin C Serum for Face with Superior Anti-Aging Benefits
This serum is instructed to be used for brighten, tighten and smooth skin. I’ve been using it around my eyes and forehead. It is an oil, and I already have oily skin, so I didn’t want to cause more problems in other areas if I put more oil in my oily spots. I put this where I had the problems. I do have the beginnings of crows feet and wrinkles between my eyebrows where I squint in the sun (yes, I’m putting it out there..let’s face it, we all do). I haven’t seen an improvement in the week that I’ve been using it. But I’m going to keep using it because it hasn’t make me break out and it’s smooth and soft.
Additional notes: It does soften my skin and it’s very easy to use. My skin absorbs the product easily.
Mom’s Thoughts
Maple Holistics are quality products produced to allow woman to pamper themselves everyday at home. These products have homeopathic ingredients in them as well as aromatherapy ingredients. The website lists all ingredients in case there are allergies involved for the buyer, which is really nice for whomever is buying the product. These would make nice gift baskets for the holidays, birthdays or stocking stuffers.
