Welcome back to day five of our #12Daysof School Lunches! Today’s post is a challenge to all of the team’s readers to create FUN and EDUCATIONAL lunchboxes this year. We issued this challenge after hosting a foreign exchange student this summer. Everything my guest did was an educational experience — learning new foods, tasting them, and experiencing life as an American child. This visit prompted me to encourage everyone to create fun and educational learning experiences for their children during lunch.
Did you take the challenge yet?
The first fun and educational lunchbox idea to try is CHOPSTICKS! Using chopsticks has so many educational benefits and the kids love trying them. Learn more about how chopsticks are educational and our awesome challenge HERE.
That beautiful wrap inside our lunchbox (shown above) has roasted red pepper hummus, broccoli slaw, and cheese in it — it is super quick, and super yummy!
