Of course, I always need to come up with an awesome better-for-you recipe utilizing flavors everyone wants most. Each evening when my family leaves for our afternoon walk I can smell the aroma of someone preparing BBQ on the grill. Since my family has reduced our meat intake, we have to look for clever ways to #FireUpTheGrill too. Our best friend is cauliflower!
Can you tell the difference between my pork sandwich with New Recipe Sweet Brown Sugar Kraft BBQ Sauce and my BBQ Cauliflower with New Recipe Mesquite Smoke Kraft BBQ Sauce?
If you had to do a double take of my sandwiches, then I did my job! I have taken the amazing flavors from Kraft’s New Recipe BBQ Sauce with no high fructose corn syrup and combined it with a better-for-you than meat alternative — Marketside from Walmart, Cauliflower florets are convenient and easy to combine with any of the eight great BBQ flavors from Kraft.
Preparing our New Recipe Kraft BBQ Pork or New Recipe Kraft BBQ Cauliflower Sandwiches is easy!
Ingredients:
- Pork Roast or Cauliflower
- New Recipe Kraft BBQ Sauce
- Sandwich Rolls/Buns
- Marketside Spring Mix Lettuce
- Marketside Vegetable Medley (optional)
- Kraft Salad Dressing (optional)
Directions:
Rinse and pat dry your pork roast/cauliflower. Coat in generous amount of New Recipe Kraft BBQ Sauce. Cook on your grill according to your preference (roast size will determine grill duration).
(Cauliflower may take 30 minutes in the oven on 375 degrees, or 10 minutes on a hot grill to reach desired tenderness)
Once you have determined your roast/cauliflower is cook thoroughly, grill your sandwich rolls/buns. Fill rolls with 1 cup of cauliflower/BBQ pork, 1/4 cup of Marketside Spring Mix Lettuce.
Serve with Marketside Vegetable Medley and Kraft Salad Dressing (optional).
