When I showed my preschooler PicsArt for Kids for the first time she was instantly pleased. She spent over an hour coloring every princess in the princess folder. Actually, I had a trying time persuading her to put my phone away to get ready for bed. (She loved it that much.)
The next morning, she ran into the bedroom and the first thing she said, “good morning mommy, can I color princesses?”
Anytime one of my children wake up asking for a toy they received the day before I know I have a winner.
PicsArt Kids is your go-to app for drawing, coloring, and creative play. Children (and adults!) will find countless hours of entertainment as they unleash their creativity while exploring the basic principles of drawing and art.
I have to admit, I love this app just as much as she does. The colors are bright and the pictures they offer are awesome! I [yes, me] have found myself coloring with her while snuggling. Together, we have colored a monster, princess, car…. all sorts of pictures. Take a look at our amazing artwork from PicsArt Kids below:
Don’t we look like professionals?
All your child needs to discover their inner creativity is the right tools in their hands, and PicsArt Kids is designed to inspire a lifelong love of art and drawing. The application has no ads and features two fun modes.
Coloring mode – Inside the coloring mode of PicsArt Kids you will find color pages/templates, with airplanes, birds, jungle animals, butterflies, dinosaurs, fish, cars, and princesses. I added trains and monsters from the Shop later for FREE. After this quick bonus was added, I counted a whopping 100 color pages for the kids to enjoy!!!
While I was in the shop, I noticed that kids toys is coming soon!
(I hope this one is added before Christmas!)
All of the templates are fun to color, and there is such a wide variety to suit anyone’s interest. My favorite are their monsters. Seriously, they are super cute!
Draw with up to ten fingers at a time for endless fun!
Drawing Mode – is fun because you can choose your canvas. The canvases offered are playroom, field, desert, underwater/sea, and space. I like the pre-drawn space canvas best, but my daughter prefers a blank one so she can see the different colors better. In the drawing mode the user can use stickers or the drawing pen/marker/brush to create with. (Special Note: the drawing area is the only place stickers can be used.)
Saving and uploading: When you and your child are satisfied with your project, saving is easily achieved by selecting the “save” button on the right side of the screen. All of the artwork can be found later in a convenient “kids” folder on your device.
If you are looking for an ad free art application for your child, look no further! PicsArt Kids is our new favorite! I love everything about this app, even the adorable icon that is shown on my phone before we access it.
