It is hard being a working mom, trying to balance between work and home. You are the first one that is up in the morning, and the last one that goes to sleep at night. You make breakfast, drink coffee on your feet, clean up a bit on your way to the door and hit the work. After it, you make a stop at the supermarket, and if you are extremely lucky you will find the time to hit the gym. If you want to manage to do all that, nothing should stand in your way, not even your hair.
You want it to look good, but also not to think about it much, as you do not have enough time to dedicate yourself to styling it. So just for you hard-working super moms, here are a couple of ideas how you might cut or style your hair to look perfect without much effort.
Adorable Bob
Watch out, this is only advisable for those women who have naturally straight hair. Not that the curls would not look adorable, but they would take a lot of your time in the morning to get them just right, and style them in such way that they do not get in your face. On the other hand, if your hair gives you a hard time and sometimes goes a bit wilder than glass straight, you can always go for tousled bob that gives you that messy, yet elegant look. If you decide to add longer bangs to it, you are about to be the style icon on the playground.
Wavy Chop
If you are somewhere in between straight hair and natural curls, you must have a hard time finding the right balance between it. Most women either choose to straighten it, or put the curlers the night before to get the volume, but there is the third, easier solution. All you need is a bit of texturizing spray, a volumizer, and ten seconds of your time in the morning and your hair will get that wavy shape that can completely blend with both casual and elegant evening look.
Elegant Curls
Curly hair is considered the hardest to style and get just right, and so many women decide to get Cloud 9 hair straightener and get rid of them. It can be quite a good solution, since straight hair is much easier to handle, however, you could also consider simply putting just a bit of hair mousse to give her some volume.
Layer it Down
If you like your hair long, but feel that your look is too dull to keep it straight cut, you can always add some layers to it. Side-swept bangs are this season’s hit, and if it seems to you that they might get in your eyes and only stand in your way, you can always make them a bit longer so that you can put them behind your ears. You can also bring a hairpin with you and put your bangs on the side, and not only is it practical it will make you look at least a couple of years younger.
Pixie Cut
Finally, for those with straight hair who like that boyish look, cutting it short like Twiggy back in her days is the best solution, as then you will have nothing to do with it, and it will be absolutely perfect all day long. Brought back once again by Emma Watson is only the proof that this one will never really go out of style. So do not use all the daily responsibilities as your excuse for not looking your best, as you see that only with two or three hair products and two minutes of your time in the morning you can make yourself the best looking mom at the PTA meeting.
