My oldest son recently received the Guitar Pick Necklace from Isabelle Grace Jewelry as a “just because” gift. I really wanted something to show him just how much he is appreciated and that I was thinking of him. When he saw that a jewelry item arrived, he was floored when I handed him the box to open. The Guitar Pick Necklace from Isabelle Grace Jewelry is truly designed for the guys in all aspects. The chain is a great length, the engraving is a little “rugged”; far from girly. The necklace length allows for the chain to slide over your head instead of needing to be unclasped. One thing I have noticed over the years is men and boys don’t like necklace clasps, especially my guys, so this chain length is perfect.
Durability! The guitar pick is slender and looks easy to bend but it doesn’t. My husband and I both tried to bend it, just to see if it would give, and it didn’t. It is safe to say that this necklace can handle the life of a guy! My son is far from gentle with anything (has been known to destroy jeans and shoes one day one), and this necklace has managed to stay in one piece.
I loved my son’s necklace so much that I had to take another look around Isabelle Grace Jewelry’s store online. I instantly fell in love with their collection for mom, and have already bookmarked a few items onto my husband’s laptop so he knows just where to begin the next time he thinks of picking up something for me. I am torn between their “Bloom” and “Family is Forever” necklaces. Both are really beautiful and look great with stones and charms added (pick one for each child).
