Dyson Cinetic Big Ball Animal + Allergy
- New Cinetic cyclones are smallest yet, so they can spin out the finest dust and dirt. They oscillate to dislodge any particles that would typically get stuck in a cyclone that small.
- Cinetic cyclones allow for dust capture so small, that a filter becomes unnecessary. Thus, there are no dirty filters to wash, maintain or replace.
- Tested and proven with 10 years’ worth of dust. (Others claim “no loss of suction” by only testing one bin full of dust. Dyson used the equivalent of 10 years’ worth, and Dyson Cinetic never lost suction.)
- Cleaner head self-adjusts to seal in suction across carpets and hard floors.
My Review:
Have I ever mentioned that I HATE cleaning- especially vacuuming! But, I was so excited when I heard I was getting this new Dyson Cinetic Big Ball! We are rough on vacuums around here- I have 2 vacuums in my living room right now that even together, they aren’t even as good as one Dyson vacuum. I have tried a few different brands of “lightweight but powerful” vacuum cleaners. None even came close to the suction of Dyson. Did you know that Dyson has 2 times the suction of other vacuums?
One of my favorite features of the Dyson is the Ball! It is so much easier to push a vacuum with the swivel ball then one without! My back can verify that for you. The Dyson may be a little heavier than the $99 lightweight vacuums, but you don’t notice when you have the agile ball that helps your Dyson glide along the floor any which way you push it!
Dyson continues to bring the best in vacuum technology – introducing Cinetic Science technology. What does that mean? For me- it means I’ll never have to replace a filter, never have to perform any maintenance, I just have to empty the canister after I vacuum! It doesn’t even have any filters to replace! How awesome is that?
Here is how Dyson explains the Cinetic Science:
35 high frequency oscillating Dyson Cinetic™ tips capture the microscopic dust that clogs other vacuums. Dyson Cinetic™ science has revolutionized vacuum cleaner technology – it captures the microscopic dust that clogs others. Dyson Cinetic™ science generates centrifugal forces of up to 313,000G flinging particles as small as pollen and mold spores from the air and into the bin. Each of the 35 Dyson Cinetic™ tips oscillate 350 times every second, preventing dust building up and blocking the airflow. Dust separation is so efficient there’s no need for a pre-motor filter, so it doesn’t lose suction.
So, this vacuum is perfect for my house- we have dogs, cats, reptiles, guinea pigs and more. My hubby has allergies so this new Dyson will be a breath of fresh air- literally.
Of course, what I really love about the new Dyson is the cleaning power! I can run my Dyson over a rug just once and it will pick up 99% of the dog hair. With one of my “other” vacuums, I have to vacuum the same spot 3 or 4 times to get rid of 75 to 80% of the dog hair. It cleans on any surface and even cleans all the way to the edge.
Don’t forget about the easy and hygenic emptying of the bagless bin. I know some vacuums are horrible when it comes to emptying the bins. You end up getting all the dust back into the air instead of into the trash can. And, Dyson’s are made to stand up to about anything for at least 10 years- all the abuse of cranky kids, husbands, mean dogs and less than sweet moms who take out their aggression on all appliances.
You can’t beat the super long reach of Telescopic want of the new Dyson. It even has another extension so it reaches even further than my previous Dyson. I won’t have any excuse for not reaching the cobwebs in the corners!
The only complaint I have about the Dyson is the cord storage. One day, maybe Dyson will put in a cord retractor- then it would be the PERFECT VACUUM!
