Valentine’s Day is one of those holidays where I am tempted to skip dinner altogether, and not just because I am in good company either.  Did you see all of those amazing Valentine’s Day Desserts up there?  Oh my goodness!  I think I’m in love!

My vote for the cutest dessert on this list is Home Cooking Memories‘ Mini Cupcakes on a stick.  My preschooler was sitting next to me while I was preparing this list and he got the biggest kick out of those cupcakes: “On a stick?!  Can you eat them on the stick too?”  (His curiosity was adorable)

While the kids are going gaga over all things candy, the way to my heart is with cheesecake!  I am a BIG cheesecake fan so I included three great cheesecake recipes:  Cherry, Strawberry, and Raspberry!  EXCEPT, these recipes all have a twist… The Cherry Cheesecake is actually No Bake Cherry Cheesecake Rice Krispie Treat Bars, and the Strawberry is really Strawberry Cheesecake Bars with an Oreo Bottom!  What’s so special about the Raspberry?  The White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake is a baked cheesecake with a stunning heart design on top.  I don’t usually bake my cheesecake but Lauren at Tastes Better from Scratch says this cheesecake recipe is “fail proof”!
