A few days before our youngest son was born we received a package from PeachDish that contained everything we needed to make two meals. Our delivery arrived in a temperature controlled package. Preparing our Dishes:
I wasn’t feeling the best near the end of my pregnancy but I managed to talk my husband into joining me in the kitchen the night before Baby “J” was born so I could enjoy my PeachDish! Curried Guinea Meatballs with Escarole and Basmati Rice was my final meal before I delivered our son – I can’t imagine a better last supper (smile). The meal was so delicious that I now crave it and can’t wait to recreate it on my own!
My oldest daughter is NOT an adventurous eater. She likes certain foods and only those. The ONLY time I can talk her into trying something different is if I attach “mommy needs your help with this review” to it. If she knows I need her opinion for work, she will force herself to try it out. I was shocked to see that this worked for this review and MORE shocked that she LIKED IT! Honestly, it was like the “Mikey” commercial, everyone in the house was surprised to see that “She liked it, she really liked it”. What I would like to see in the future:
First, I would like to see cooking videos or vlog tips on how to prep meals. Not everyone can follow a recipe on paper. My husband, is one of those people. He refuses to follow recipes but will listen and follow directions on a video instead. I would like to see PeachDish creating a little something extra each week for those who could use a little more support.
Secondly, I want to be able to order their spice creations. I have been CRAVVVING another bowl of Curried Escarole and Basmati Rice since I had my first taste of it, but my problem is that I have no idea what is in their sweet curry seasoning, I wish I could purchase it or had the seasoning mix recipe.
