The first thing I had to do was make a profile. I picked items I liked and learned about my fashion style (or lack thereof.) Each month (the first Monday of the month) there are new and exciting styles and pieces to pick from. BUT, the fun part is that you only pick two pieces and the other top,skirts, sweaters, bottoms or dresses are picked for you by your personal shopper/curator. It’s like getting a bag of Christmas! You know what you wanted to get, but you don’t know what the rest of the boxes or bags will hold.
I was pleasantly surprised with my “mystery” pieces. I am always cautious when it comes to letting someone else pick out clothing for me. My two favorite pieces were the tops I am wearing above and below. They were the tops picked out by Golden Tote according to my style profile. (The 2 tops I picked were a little too small due to my bust size.) The quality of the clothing is amazing. The colors are bold, fabrics are soft and they are all unique. I have never seen a lace top like this one in any department stores!
The whole process of signing up for your profile, picking your two choices and ordering your tote was easy and very intuitive. I never came across anything that made me get “stuck” on a certain step. The website is user-friendly and fun. I highly recommend the Golden Tote for any fashionistas out there or want-to-be fashionistas. With the Golden Tote, you won’t have to worry about being in style. You design your own style and the curators do the rest!
