Welcome to the McDonald’s 20 Happy Meal Giveaway!!

Every since I was a little girl I have loved McDonald’s Happy Meals. They were always such a special treat and so much fun. I couldn’t wait to open my Happy Meal and eat because I knew when I was done I’d get the greatest gift ever!! Well McDonald’s has done some healthier changing by featuring Go Gurt and Apple Slices to their meals.

Happy Meal Evolution: As part of McDonald’s “Commitments to Oer Improved Nutrition Choices,” McDonald’s introduced the new Happy Meal in 2012, which automatically included apple slices and a kids-size French fry, along with a choice of a Hamburger,Cheeseburger or Chicken McNuggets®, and choice of beverage including fat-free chocolate milk and 1% low-fat white milk. This summer, guests have new reasons to feel good about enjoying the food and fun at McDonald’s with a delicious low-fat yogurt side option and an entertaining new Happy Meal character. These recent evolutions to the Happy Meal help remind families of the fun and happiness of kids’meals, while showing that McDonald’s cares about children’s well-being through the food it serves.

BIG ANNOUNCEMENT!! Go-GURT® Low-Fat Strawberry Yogurt is being added. Beginning this July, customers will now have the option to choose between apple slices or Go-GURT® Low-Fat Strawberry Yogurt, made exclusively for McDonald’s. Containing 50 calories per tube, made with natural flavor and with 25 percent less sugar than the leading kids’ yogurt*, Go-GURT® is an additional choice that’s fun for kids and parents can feel good about. One serving delivers about one-quarter cup of low-fat dairy, and is a good source of vitamin D and calcium. Guests also have the choice to order both Go-GURT Low-Fat Strawberry Yogurt and apple slices as their sides in place of a kid-size fry.
