Definitions of Summer: 80-100 degrees, hot, sticky and humid! Misty Mate can cool you down during your fun activities, humid conditions and work routines. When cool mist is propelled into warmer air – much like the spray from ocean waves – it evaporates and lowers the surrounding air and body temperature – keeping you cool in even the hottest environments!
My husband asked for the craziest gift for Father’s Day, at least at the time I thought so. He asked for a Misty Mate. Once he told me what it was, it made perfect sense – a personal mister and misting systems to beat the heat. Definition of Summer: 80-100 degrees, hot, sticky and humid. The Misty Mate is perfect for just about anything we do outside in the summer.. The Misty Mate is the perfect solution to cool you down!
There are Personal Misty Mates that are good for bike rides, golfing, hiking, running on the treadmill, working in the garden and any other active routines. Hmmm, would sun tanning fit into the active routine category? 🙂 We chose the bigger Misty Mate system. It’s called the Cool Camper 6 system. Yes, it would be a great add on to your camping gear to clip along your screen house when it’s hot and muggy. You don’t have to limit it to just camping though. It has 10 feet of tubing that can clip to something or lay out and the nozzles can adjust to the direction where you want your mist. You can clip it to a pop up canopy for the kids to get a reprieve from the heat. The container holds 2 gallons of water and with a few pumps it generates a light mist to keep you cooled down. If no one is using it, simply close the valve and it stops. It’s a great thing to have for the summer. I wish we got this years ago.
I took our Cool Camper 6 system to a 50th surprise outside birthday party it was so hot that day. The most popular spot for the 60+ guests was the corner of the canopy where we clipped our Misty Mate! Many guests were saying they were going to be ordering one of these for their families as well. One person said they were going to get one to clip around their trampoline netting. It will keep the kids cool when bouncing, but it will also keep her cool when she’s getting a tan laying on the trampoline.
I’m excited to let you know that Misty Mate is offering a Cool Camper 6 as a giveaway to one of our readers! What timing too as we’re smack in the middle of a heat wave. Everyone will want one of these.
