J. Jill Chino Boyfriend Pants #Review

June 1, 2014 by Pam Maynard

I was given this product in exchange for an honest review.  All opinions are 100% my own.

To kick off the spring season and celebrate chino’s rich history , J. Jill is introducing four new live-in chino silhouettes that are the perfect option for layering fresh spring colors and celebrating the warmer weather. The soft, comfortable staple is a must have for this spring, and to inspire shoppers who are interested in the new line, J. Jill’s designers and stylists have put together some of their favorite tips for wearing chino in 2014.

 Chino Style Tips

  • Textures add novelty and depth to neutrals, and pairing chino slim ankle pants with a fun, textured knit turns a comfortable staple in to a great new statement

  • Black or white with beige is a timeless look that can be personalized by incorporating prints, and now there’s a great option to include colors with chino looks

  • Adding colorful, striped tees adds to the brightness of the season, while lightweight sweaters play to the gentle transition in to warmer weather; both are perfect for wearing with chino boyfriend pants and the chino skirtthis spring

My Review:

I have never been a chino lover UNTIL I tried J.Jill live-in Chino boyfriend pants!  Seriously, these are the most comfortable pants I own.  They are even more comfy and softer than my favorite, well-worn blue jeans.

The ultrasoft chino pants you love, now in a relaxed boyfriend style. Back darts. 4-pocket style. Rolled cuffs. 27″ rolled inseam, 24 1/2″ petite, 30″ tall, 27″ women’s. Cotton and Lycra® spandex. Machine wash. Imported.

I have to admit that the ultra soft fabric won me over the minute I put my Chinos on.  They are not stiff, starched or scratchy.  I love how the fabric feels against my skin.  The fit is fabulous.  I have been losing weight and these fit even better now that I have lost a few pounds.

Chinos are very versatile.  I can wear them to church with a nice sweater, I can wear them at home with my favorite T-shirt, I can even wear them to work with a business casual look.

The cuff on these Boyfriend pants are rolled so you can wear them with sandals in warmer weather or you can unroll the cuffs and wear them with flats, boots or sneakers all year long.

I highly recommend J.Jill’s Chinos for anyone looking for a comfy and versatile pair of pants.  You won’t regret it!
