My husband was very excited to get this Heart Healthy pack! He normally takes Fish Oil and CO Q10 regularly. He was very impressed with the Omega 3 Fish Oil! It didn’t leave any fishy after taste like some do. The CO Q10 takes a few weeks to get into your system but even after using it for a few days, he already has more energy. It is great in aiding hypertension, but PLEASE confer with your doctor before stopping any prescription medicines.
Overall, we were very impressed with the quality of Puritan’s Pride. They will be our first choice for vitamins and supplements!
