It’s that time of year again- time for baking cookies, making pies and fruitcakes, roasting a turkey or searing a leg of Lamb. Teflon has made my Christmas cooking so much easier this year! I was so excited to get all these items like these for review. Santa knew I needed new pans! My pizza pan had seen better days and now it is going to the pizza pan place in the sky. It served us well for many years.

My favorite products are my pizza pan, cookie sheet and the skillet! We eat pizza here, homemade or Digornio at least once a week. I made a Digornio pizza with it yesterday and it was perfectly done. The crust was crispy but not burnt. The cheese was melted and bubbly, and the whole pie came together like it should.

The baking sheets are amazing too. I made fries one day and onion rings the next. They were crispy to pefection. Of course, they didn’t stick at all. I also make Oven-Fried Chicken Breast and it baked up so perfectly compared to my old baking sheets! I would not ever go back to regular baking pans again. I have already gone through my cupboards and removed or donated my old pans!
