What is Roo Rain Gear?
Roo Rain Gear is a revolutionary twist on an old favourite. A rain poncho that folds entirely into it’s front pouch pocket. The poncho fabric is made from 100% RPET, recycled plastic bottles.
How is recycled plastic bottles used to make Roo Rain Gear?
The process used to create the fabric is simple. Labels are removed from the plastic bottles. The bottles are then crushed and spun into fiber. From there they are spun into yarn and the fabric is created. This fabric is then used to make Roo Rain Gear.
