5 Reasons to Eat Subway Fresh!

September 17, 2013 by Pam Maynard

Five Fabulous Reasons to Eat Fresh at Subway!

  1. 8 under 6!  Subway boasts 8 delicious subs that are UNDER 6 grams of fat: Ham- for only 4 grams of fat, you can eat the entire foot long and only pay $5!  Six-inch Oven Roasted Chicken, Six-Inch Roast Beef, Six-Inch Subway Club, Six-Inch Sweet Onion Teriakyi, Six-Inch Turkey Breast, Six-Inch Turkey and Ham and Foot Long Veggie delight and only $5!  Which one is your favorite?  My son is partial to Ham and Cheese toasted, of course he has to have bacon on his.  Needless to say, his sandwich is never under 6 grams of fat!
  2. Healthy Kid’s Meals: The Kids Pac is a favorite for kids and parents!  Each Pac comes with a mini sub- Ham, Turkey or Roast Beef, Apple slices and 100% Fruit Juice Drink.  No toys, no french fries- just healthy foods that your mom would approve of!
  3. BREAKFAST: Adding breakfast was one of the best decisions Subway made!  Where else can you get a healthy breakfast that isn’t fried or need to be covered in ketchup?  You can have steak and eggs,  bacon and eggs, ham and eggs and combination and toppings that you desire.  Try it on Flatbread for the best breakfast experience you can imagine!  They even make egg white sandwiches that are under 200 calories!!

     5. So Many Choices!! You can eat a subway every day and never run out of combinations!  Between the various meats, salads, breads and toppings, you never have to eat the same sandwich twice.  There are more than 6 types of cheese alone to pick from.  How about sauces, oil, vinegar, dressings?  The choices are endless.

Do you have a picky eater?  Subway is the place to go! Kids can pick out exactly what they like.  Getting them to pick out their own sandwich encourages them to eat their creation!  I remember the day my son had his first subway sandwich that he created.  He loved it so much he devoured it.  He was in the stage where he would never eat anything except bread when we went out to eat.  Sure, he was a cheap date, but kids can’t like on bread alone.

Eat Fresh at Subway today!  Where else can you get nutritious and tasty meal that is made right before your eyes.  No fast food workers slopping condiments on one-half of the bun.  Subway workers are sandwich designers!
