Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 4 each egg whites or equivalent of egg beaters
- 1 tablespoon apple butter or 100% fruit spread
- 1 tablespoon Salba® Whole Grain*
Instructions
- Mix ingredients in blender to create batter. Pour on a lightly buttered skillet and cook to preference. * 2 tbsp Salba Premium Ground Grain can be substitute
