I received this ClosetMaid Cubeicals and Fabric Drawers, free of charge, for review purposes. And just in time too! My son’s room is getting an overhaul and new look. I think a 10 year old deserves a fun room, not the jungle animals he grew up with.

We also received 6 fabric drawers to complete the Cubeical set. We picked out blues and greens to match the color scheme in his room.
I was very excited to get the ClosetMaid Cubeicals! Of course, I didn’t enjoy the assembly part but my husband took over after he got tired of watching me stare at the parts. He had no trouble assembling the cubeicals. In fact, he said it was one of the easiest pieces of furniture he has put together. He was impressed by the quality of the wood and finish. The fabric drawers are much heavier, thicker material then he expected too.
My son LOVES the Cubes! As you can see, he already started putting his Lego creations into it before we even moved it to his room. The Cubes make perfect display cases for his finished Legos and K’Nexs creations. The drawers are perfect for all the pieces that are always all over his room and the living room. Since we put the Cubeicals in his room, the living room has been Lego Free! There is nothing worse than stepping on those Lego pieces in the middle of the night or any time they are under foot and you don’t see them!
I love that it is versatile! You can put the fabric drawers wherever you like. You can turn the cubes so they are more vertical 3 x 4 or leave them horizontal 4 x 3. Right now, we are using it horizontal, but when his room is complete, we may find that vertical would be a better choice as it would take up less floor space.
