How do you get Zesty?
Kraft sent me a bottle of the product to review, free of charge. All the opinions in my fabulous findings are my own! Kraft is steaming up the kitchen with fun and flavorful ways to dine at home, and adding a little zest to everyday moments with its Zesty Italian Anything Dressing. Let me share one of my favorite an flavorful ways to zest up your cooking! I use Zesty Italian Dressing to marinade chicken, steak, pork and my favorite- Salmon! Marinate the Salmon filet for at least 2 hours. Grill the Salmon on foil to keep the Zestiness in the Salmon, not on the grill! Zesty Salmon goes perfect with the Zesty Grilled Veggies! One of my favorites: Creamy Jalapeno & Pulled Pork Quesadilla
What You Need
- 4 flour tortillas (8 inch)
- 1/2 cup (1/2 of 8-oz. tub) PHILADELPHIA Spicy Jalapeño Cream Cheese Spread
- 1 pkg. (11.5 oz) OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Hickory Smoked Seasoned Pulled Pork
- 1/2 cup frozen corn, thawed
- 1/2 cup chopped red peppers
- 1/2 cup tomatillo salsa
Make It
SPREAD tortillas with cream cheese spread. Top half of each tortilla evenly with next 3 ingredients; fold in half.
HEAT large heavy skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Add quesadillas, 1 at a time; cook 4 to 5 min. or until golden brown on both sides, turning after 3 min.
CUT into wedges. Serve with salsa.
