My Review:

I have to admit, I was not too excited about getting Natural, gluten free Pizzas.  Usually, the healthy food always lacks in flavor.  My hubby talked me into baking the Mediterranean Pizza.  I did pick of the peppers (neither one of us like those) and baked it on my special pizza pan.  I was impressed by the amount of veggies and cheese it had on it.

We let the pizza cool for about 5 minutes, sliced it up and dug in.  I wasn’t expecting the delicious mouthful of flavors that I got with my first bite!  My husband said the same thing.  We were thrilled that our pizza was amazing.  It had big, chunky vegetable pieces, lots of spices, just the right blend of cheeses and the perfect crust.  The crust was crunch but not too thin.  It definitely complimented the whole pizza.

My husband said “It was an unexpected surprise.  I loved the large veggie pieces, it made the pizza seem more hearty.  I usually love meat pizzas, but this one was so good, I didn’t even miss the meat.”

I have to agree with him.  It was delicious and hearty.  I would definitely buy one and eat it again!  Who says eating healthy has to be lacking in flavor?
