This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Carole P. Roman. All opinions are 100% mine.
How many times do your children want to do “just like Mommy does?” I know my son always wanted to do just what I was doing. If I was going to read a book on the couch, he had to go get a book and read one too. It was so cute when he was really little and would be watching me and concentrating on copying me and he would have the book upside down.
Hallie wants to be just like her mom in this fun book I Want To Do Yoga, Too. Hallie goes with her mom to her Yoga Classes and always has to wait in the babysitter section. She gets upset that she can’t join her mom. She whines and complains. The babysitter decides to teach Hallie how to do some simple poses. She doesn’t tell Hallie that is it Yoga at first. Hallie learns the poses quickly and also learns that Yoga can be fun. By the forth pose, she figures out what she is doing Yoga too! She is happy to learn that the Yoga poses come from inspiration in nature- Tree, Snake, airplane and butterfly.
Carole P. Roman does a great job dealing with a common situation many parents face. I like her attention to detail and real-life situations. Be sure to check out her first book Captain No Beard. In her first book, Alexandar and his cousin turn his bed into a magic pirate ship. Alexandar has many dangerous and exciting adventures with his crew of stuffed animals!
I highly recommend “I Want to do Yoga Too” for children ages 2 to 6. Yoga is a fun and relaxing activity that will give your little one a great way to learn focus and discipline. My son loves to exercise, but only with me. I think we will start doing some yoga! It’s one of the healthiest exercise that we can do together! Who would want to do Yoga with you?
