Shoplet Review- Get Organized in 2103
Office supplies are a HUGE hit in my house. We can never have enough paper, notebooks, organizers or calendars. I was thrilled to get the desktop calendar and the wire-bound appointment calendar. I have always wanted a big calendar for my desk, I just never remember to buy one until about March or April.
The House of Doolittle Two-Color Monthly Desk Pad Calendar w/ Large Notes Section is a must-have for any office. It’s big, it lays flat, it’s perfect for any home office desk. Not only will you look organized, but you will start to feel more organized with this desk pad Calendar. It looks and feels like it is bound with a leather-like material. The leather is not flimsy or cheap looking. It has a nice professional look to it. The Desk Pad Calendar has large date boxes and a large section on the right hand side for notes, doodling or important info.
I love the notes section on the Desk Pad Calendar. It is very convenient for planning out my blogging schedule. I put important reminders about weekly and daily tasks. As much as we use electronic apps and google calendars for appointments, nothing beats seeing it laid out on a desktop calendar. There are no worries about losing the data electronically. Just don’t spill grape juice on it or write it in pencil in case you have an eraser happy family member.
I love colorful things, especially in paper products. I would have preferred a desk pad calendar with a little more color.
The House of Doolittle Desk Pad Calendar beats Mead , hands down! We use a Mead At-A-Glance desk calendar at work. It does not have the notes section. It also had cheap corners that ripped after we got to the summer months.
House of Doolittle Wirebound Weekly/ Monthly Planner is another big hit for a busy mom, wife, blogger, pet boarding owner and freelance writer.
The planner has two pages per week for appointment times 8:00am to 8:00pm. I has tabs with months to find things easier. It is wirebound so opens and lays flat very easily. It has a handy notes space to keep extra information or just a great place to doodle.
I really like the notes section. It is so handy to have a spot to jot things down. No more looking for stick notes! The monthly page tabs are a great way to find what you’re looking for even faster.
There are 2 thinks I would change about the Planner. First, it needs more color. Also, I would like appointments to start at 700am.
My organizer/planner I use now not does not have notes section. I didn’t realize that i needed it until i started using it on the new House of Doolittle planner. My current planner does not have a place for hourly appointments. I think that feature is the most helpful with a wirebound planner. I can look at my desk calendar for the monthly view.
I received the above product for review purposes only. I was not given any monetary compensation. All opinions are 100% my own.
