I was lucky to receive 2 adorable Pillowcase Friends- the Monkey and the Frog. Even though my son is 9, he still loves stuffed animals, pillow pets and Pillowcase Friends. I gave him the Frog Pillowcase Friend when we got it, but, I am saving the Monkey Pillowcase Friend for his birthday. He loves the Frog! Green is now his newest favorite color and they are talking about Frogs in school, so he loved this cute Frog ever since we took him out of the package. It is soft and comfy to sleep on and it turned his boring pillow into a stuffed Frog! Frog fit right into my son’s bed full of animals.
One of my favorite things about the Pillowcase Friends is that they are totally machine washable. Just remove the pillowcase off the pillow and throw it into the washer with all your other sheets, pillowcases, etc. You may want to wash and dry the Pillowcase Friend before you use it or it will be a little wrinkled (like mine.) My son didn’t want to wait for it to be washed, so he slept on it, wrinkles and all. They are also very easy to put on. Just slip a pillow inside like a pillow sham, zip it up and you’re done!
I would highly recommend Pillowcase Friends for kids of all ages. The would make perfect birthday gifts and they even would make a great baby shower gift.
