Very Veggie Snack Pizza
Ingredients:
- 1 whole wheat English Muffin
- 1 tablespoon low-fat garlic/herb cream cheese
- 1/4 cup broccoli florets
- 1/8 cup carrots diced
- 1/4 cup tomatoes diced
Toast the English muffin. Spread the cream cheese, then add the copped veggies.
Have your kids help make it-depending on their age, they will only need help with the toasting.
Change the veggies depending on what’s in the garden and what your kids prefer!
