My Review:
Randy Kaplan makes learning about the history of the blues a great experience for kids of all ages. Does your child love to sing, dance or just enjoy music? They will love hearing Randy’s unique style of introduction to the blues! Randy takes us through music from the 20’s, 30’s and 40’s. back to the start of America’s greatest heritage, Country Blues and even some Ragtime numbers! Throughout the whole CD, Lightnin’ narrates and tells Randy’s stories to kids everywhere. His deep “Barry White” type voice is on a mission to find a blues name for Randy. What do you think they will come up with? Be sure to listen in and find out! Order your copy of Mr Diddie Wah Diddie

My favorite song on the CD is Black Mountain Blues. My husband and I used to vacation there and listen to singer/songwriters make their debut in the Grey Eagle. Just listening to Randy’s fun song about Black Mountain brings back some great memories. I am still pondering over babies with tears made of grape juice.
If you’re looking for music education mixed with fun, Mr. Diddie Wah Diddie is perfect for you and your family. I highly recommend it for kids of all ages!
