Thiocyanate and protocatechuic together would lead to chemical reaction and then lead to non-iodine goiter.
Forth, don’t have tea at right after dinner. The tannin in the tea can be combined with the protein and iron elements in foods, which can produce not easily absorbed colloid or sediments. For a long time, it may lead to iron-deficiency anemia and protein deficiency.
Fifth, don’t smoke at right after dinner.
