It’s not very often that my husband and son fight over things that I get in the mail. My husband was looking forward to a nice pair of headphones for his iPod that he listens to while working outside. But, my son had other plans for these great headphones. He has used them everyday since we got them. He watches You Tube Videos and listens to them with these noise-cancelling headphones. They are comfortable, adjustable, and the best part for him is that the noise cancelling feature works too well. He can never hear me when I ask him to empty the dishwasher. His old headphones were so different, we could here what he was listening to and he could hear the TV and was always asking us to turn it down. With Traveler’s Choice, the only thing we hear is him laughing and giggling in his own little sound world.
I plan on trying to sneak them with me for my upcoming trip to BlogHer12! I am not so sure I will be successful. They would be perfect for some down time in a busy restaurant, conference room or tour bus. I could listen to my music or one of my favorite audio books. They are fold able so will fit perfect in my purse or laptop case.
I asked my son if I could borrow them. He says he won’t give them up: “They are very comfortable and I don’t have to listen to you guys talking all the time. And when Dad has the TV on real loud, I barely hear it.”
I can see I will have to buy my own pair if I want to use them for an extended period of time. Don’t tell him, I am going to borrow them when he’s in school in September.
