Mom Does Reviews Review:
This heart monitor is just the kickstart we needed to get moving! My son wore it on our walk the other day. It was very interesting to see his heart rate increase and figure out where is heart rate should be for fat burning. It comes with the chest strap and the watch/monitor. The chest strap is easy to get on someone else, it may be harder to put it on yourself. The watch just has to be activated and synced with the chest strap. The instruction booklet is very easy to follow. The Heart Rate monitor has many functions! It shows the date and time. Shows exercise time, calories burned, fat burned, your minimum and maximum hear rate and your average heart rate. It also has a time and an alarm.
Are you ready to kick start your exercise program? The Sportline Cardio monitor is for you. It’s simple to set up and easy to use! They also have a women’s monitor available too. I highly recommend this monitor for the fitness buff in your life!
Remember, before starting any new exercise program, please consult your physician.
